About
Arch Cafe
Hours: 10am to 5pm
Phone: 082-263-8817
Bright, private, and elegant sandwich cafe next to the Hiroshima Museum of Contemporary Art in Hijiyama Park. Sandwich's are slightly larger than normally found Hiroshima. Take a look at the interesting sculptures and art outside and inside the museum lobby next door.
Walking
directions
From Tenmaya or Rihga Royal:
Make your way south and then make a left onto Peace Boulevard.
Head east over the first river. You'll come to a light (you'll see
a mountain and a tunnel in front of you at that light). Make a
left at the light (don't go through the tunnel). Then turn right
at the next traffic light and make your way up the hill. We've
parked along the road for free, just past the museum entrance, several
times. After parking, find a long concrete staircase and climb to
the museum at the top. The Arch Cafe is on the left side of the
semicircular shaped building entrance.
