Japanese Restaurant Phrases
Jim's
For those of you who are craving an outstanding American-style
hamburger, this place is for
you. After filling up on a freshly grilled hamburger, fries, and
a Cherry Coke float, you'll wonder why sushi ever seemed so
interesting.
Driving directions
From Mazda Headquarters:
Drive toward Ujina. After you cross the
bridge, take your first exit out of the Mazda property. After
waving to the guard, turn left onto the main road. After about 2
blocks you'll see the neon sign on your right hand side for Jim's.
The Mazda complex will still be on your left and there will be a large
gym on your right. Turn right down this street and you'll find
Jim's on your right.
From Downtown Hiroshima:
Travel south of Peace Boulevard until you come to Route 2. Turn left
on Route 2 and continue heading east for several minutes. Eventually,
the road will take a long and strong bend to the right. Stay in
the left lane. You'll come to a spot where the right 2 lanes cross over
a bridge (this is Route 2 heading towards Fukuyama), and the left lane
goes down a ramp. Stay in the left lane which will take you
underneath the bridge. Continue on this road. You'll
soon come to the entrance to the Kure toll road. Just keep following
the road as it curves around to the right and you'll see many Mazda
buildings, parking lots and
factories on your left. Just past the second Mazda entrance gate
on your left you'll see a red sign for Jim's on your right-hand side.
Turn right there. Jim's is on your right, across from a gym.
